One phone screen with hiring manager, one homework assignment, one on-site interview with 4 folks of all levels within product management, another on-site interview.
After I submitted the homework assignment, apparently it was sufficient to be invite on-site. After the first round of interviews on-site, apparently I did well enough to be invited back for some time with executives.
I felt I did decently well in almost all of the in-person conversations that I had. I followed up with the recruiter 3-4 times with no response. I finally called directly and they were surprised that I was calling. Soon I received an email from another recruiter saying that the position had been filled recently. Not sure if this means that they were keeping me as a backup candidate or they are just plain bad at following up.
Although I see some great potential in working at this company, the recruiting process should be more responsive. Not replying to emails for 2 months is not excusable.

Questions were specific to the role. Not exactly related to product management, but they assumed familiarity with their products and platform.
First up was the typical recruiter screen. In addition to screening questions, they also aggressively discussed compensation upfront. The next step was the hiring manager interview, followed by a round of interviews with potential peers.

Are you willing to accept our actual salary range (the bottom of what was advertised) and stock (which was worth less than they stated because they do shenanigans with the valuation)?

The interview process went really well. I took part in a few stages of interviews: screening, tech task call and culture fit meeting. Everything went pretty well. During the screening stage I was asked a few basic questions as well as salary expectations. During the test task I was completing the assignment together with some manager. During the culture fit we talked about my background and the role in general.
It was organized and all are done in UpWork with proper scheduling. The flow of interview are okay and it was a productive one and for any questions you might have the interviewer are knowledgeable with the answers.
