I always think HR is the public face of a company toward the employment market, it affects the talent acquisition for the company which is the future of the company. I was excited receiving an invitation email for interview, but it was the only email I’ve ever received from them. After my response to the recruiter with a few follow-up, the recruiter never ever reach back to me. I certainly frustrated about this, maybe I was mistakenly sent out a systematic invitation email. But this extremely un-professional manner told me a lot about this company.
