After an initial screening call with one of the in-house recruiters, I had a one-to-one remote interview with one of the lead developers. This was followed by a more in depth interview with additional senior people, together with a tour of the site. Everyone involved was friendly and professional, throughout. The questions were perceptive and a very refreshing level of trust was placed in my technical ability on the basis of my previous achievements.

Initial talk with recruiter who guides you through their process. Transparent description of the process: 3 interviews and offline technical interview. Initial interview covering 2 software technical problems and some behavioral questions. 3 hour non-interactive technical challenge run through Codility consisting of 2 relatively easy code challenges. 2 interviews, each with 2 interviewers that are at the same level or above covering some unity specific technologies, general programming questions, and behavioral question.
