Interviewed for: Procurement Operations Specialist
Overall Experience: Positive
The interview process was well organized and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the recruiting team kept me informed of next steps and timelines.
The process consisted of three rounds. The first round was a screening interview with the recruiter, which focused on my background, qualifications, interest in the role, and overall fit with the organization. The second round was a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager, where we discussed my experience and approach to third-party risk management.
The final round consisted of three separate 30-minute interviews with team members. These interviews included a mix of behavioral and role-specific questions related to vendor risk assessments, due diligence, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving. Each interviewer provided a unique perspective on the team and role.
Overall, the interviewers were professional, welcoming, and engaged throughout the process. I appreciated the opportunity to meet multiple members of the team and gain insight into the culture, expectations, and day-to-day responsibilities of the position.

One interviewer failed to attend two scheduled Zoom interviews, both of which had to be rescheduled because he had reportedly forgotten about them. While the recruiter was apologetic and tried to accommodate the changes, the experience left me feeling that my time was not valued. It was a disappointing first impression and raised concerns about the company's professionalism and interview process.

I had three interviews over the course of 2-3 weeks. One with the HR, one with the line manager, and one with the line manager and the team.
All interviews were enjoyable and welcoming. It was great to hear about their experiences at Unity and to learn more about the role from people already doing it.
