I had a preliminary telephone interview. Interviewer was very cheerful and made me feel comfortable. Several competency based questions were asked such as leadership, time management etc. Questions related to the HR Role were also asked.

Bottom Line - The recruiter failed to follow up as promised.
Received an email form the recruiter asking to schedule a phone interview. Replied back and set up a phone interview the next day. After completing the interview the recruiter stated that I would be contacted the following Monday or Tuesday. Months later and still not a single bit of feedback.
If you don't intend to provide feedback than DO NOT say that you will. This is the number one reason why recruiters get a bad reputation.

Entretien
It was pretty simple. I signed up online and had to answer some questions. There was then a competency telephone interview. It wasn't too difficult and the woman was chatty. After, there was an assessment day where I had to do a presentation and do some group work.
