It was structured, well executed, and professional yet relaxed at the same time. The recruiter was well informed, great at the initial questionnaire with and understanding of the job description. Leadership was down to earth & pleasant when executing interview process. Because I didn't have direct experience in this LOB they made it easy by allowing me to make the questions my own as it directly related to my current position. Great experience!

Phone screening with the recruiter initially. The recruiter does not go over anything related to the job itself or let you know anything about the interview process. They do not use the STAR method for interviewing. 5 questions total. 3 of the 5 have sub questions in them so you feel as though you are answering about 15-20 questions.
