First with a contractor interviewer over the phone, then with USAA hiring personnel. The first interview was more general but the second interview got very specific relating to how I dealt with situations at previous jobs

Easy, they hire anyone with a pulse. show up at the gate and let them know you are there for an interview. they take you in a room and you speak to HR first then a insurance manager
