All behavioral. Nothing technical beyond some basic algebra questions -- even for the full-time hires. Interview process was fairly casual, no surprises. Second round interviews included a pair interview, which requires a pair of candidates to work together, while "making your partner look good." Staff were responsive to any and all questions, and seemed to be from a variety of departments. Overall, very positive
