Two people interviewed me, and since it was my 1st interview I was ill prepared for the situation and behavior questions. Now I know to have a list of past accomplishments so I can bring it up on the spot immediately instead of digging through the folder in my brain about what I did and how I did it effectively. I had studied the history and major past accomplishments of USAA starting from the company's founding in 1922, but the Hiring Manager never asked. When I mentioned it he said "it didn't really matter, non of the employees would know who the CEO is or the company's founding in the 20s. I'm looking specifically for behavior questions." I was really sad that I got the rejection letter exactly 5 days after. I really, really wanted to have worked for USAA. Guess they marked me as a "no" right after my interview lol.

Applied online. A few days later received email to take an online assessment, then about a week after that received phone interview with HR. After phone interview with HR was scheduled for an in-person interview with hiring manager. Received job offer 2 days later and official job offer a week later (after drug test and background check was cleared). Very easy process.
