I went through 2 interviews, but did not make it through the final 2. I first meet with a knowledgeable HR person. Who asked many more technical questions than most would in the cyber/risk space (I was impressed by this). Then I meet with a SME that I would be aligned/partner with. Afterwards I would have meet with the hiring manager (director level), then the hiring managers direct manager (2 levels up from the role).
