Quick response. I submitted my application and within a few hours was sent a personality assesment. The next day I was Emailed by HR assistance requesting a time for phone interview that week with HR rep. I was asked general questions about myself and work history. Was given thumbs up by HR and was told I would be contacted by someone from Insurance for my next interview. They emailed me for a zoom interview the following week. After the interview they give you about a week to let you know if you have been selected and give you an offer and start date for employment.

It was a lot of, "give me an example in your previous work experience did you have to handle a situation." They ask about 5 questions.
