Initial phone interview with Recruiter. She didn't call at the agreed time. I emailed her and she said she messed up time zone. Set up another time and she called 3 hours later than time set up. Second interview was the very next day with a panel of managers, but it was laid back. They took turns asking questions, and said I would hear back the following week. Didn't hear back, sent a follow up email 2 weeks after interview and was ghosted.
