Phone Interview with two managers who asked a number of questions. They sent an email with videos to watch before the phone screening. I recommend watching videos thoroughly before the interview. Managers were polite but felt the interview wasn't tranparent as they were looking for specific answers through vague questions. I appreciate direct questions that specify, specifically, what you are looking for.
