I was contacted over the phone. It was a surprisingly relaxed and personable interview. I enjoyed the conversation and the interview went very smoothly.
Interviewed with the design team which consisted of about 6 people. Many questions were situational, like how you would handle an angry client. Some about how I approach a new project, like what's my process.
