The process was great And went smoothly. I first interviewed with HR about the company and the position. few days later I interviewed with two managers in claims about the position and my experience. A week later interviewed with 2 senior level USAA managers about how I would fit in the company as a whole. I felt that each stage went well.

Behavior based interview process. In essence, they are less concerned with work history than actual results achieved during prior employment. Overall, I liked this approach since it doesn't let a resume speak too loudly. Instead, they want to get you to talk about times when you had to collaborate with other, resolve conflicts, etc. and give specific examples of how you performed. For the folks who aren't full of BS, this process helps weed out good candidates.
