Entretien
I applied online and waited about 2 weeks before being asked to do a personality test which tested my typing skills and asked about other behavioral and personality type questions. Two days later I received an email saying I was chosen to move forward and have a phone interview with a recruiter the next day. The phone interview was simple. Asked about resume and asked two behavioral questions. After talking to the recruiter for about 30 minutes he told me I would be moving onto the next interview and asked if I could come into the office. Unfortunately I live out of town and couldn't come into the office, but was given a phone interview with the hiring manager the next day. I talked to two people on the phone for a total of an hour and the next day was offered the position pending a background check and drug test.

First I had to take an online assessment and then about a week after that I received an email to schedule a telephone interview. The my described the job and what it would entail then asked me a few questions. Now I’m waiting to see if I receive a second interview.

Entretien
First, you will have a phone interview with a talent recruiter. The recruiter is very much by the book. They will describe the position, potential salary and benefits. The recruiter will ask you questions about your experience and how might that experience help you in this position. Then the recruiter will ask you Situation, Target, Action, and Result (STAR) questions. After, they will tell you if you will interview with manager at the office you applied for.

Entretien
The assessment is based on behavior and it looks for the lack of individuality. If you are someone with a strong work ethic and knowledge of the subject and you honestly (without cherry-picking) answer the questions - you will not get selected. If the system rejects you, you are disqualified. This kind of blind system makes me want to switch carriers, since they obviously don’t care about the quality of employees. Extremely disappointed in the company I praised for over a decade. Very outdated employment process.
