I applied online and did the assessment. The very next day I had an email inviting me for a phone interview. I prepared for the phone interview, and then about two hours before my interview I received an interview saying a different date and time. I emailed the recruiter back and asked if it was switched. She stated that it has. Well, I went about my day. I looked at my phone and seen that I had a missed call. It was a different recruiter on my voicemail saying that she will give me a few minutes to call her back before she moves on. Well, that was over an hour later that I got the message. I still called her back and told her that I received an email about the time change. She was unaware. I told her I would forward her the email but she said it was fine and that we would do the interview on the day and time that the email said. Well, the day came and my phone interview was at 230pm. I waited until 330pm and STILL NO CALL! I was upset because I was looking forward to the opportunity. I do not think that it is right that they did not call because I based my entire day around this (i have 3 kids whom I needed to get care for during the interview time to make sure it was quiet) and it is rather unprofessional not to do what you say you are going to do. I emailed the recruiter and asked if there was miscommunication between the other recruiters and no response. I emailed again asking if there was a way that we would reschedule since nobody called me and NO RESPONSE. Very rude and unprofessional. I would put the names on here but I am not going to stoop down to their levels.
