Applied online and was contacted several days later via email to schedule phone interview. Phone interview was the following week and took approximately 30 minutes. The position was covered in detail and I was asked a few questions regarding dealing with difficult customers and the outcome. After passing the phone interview I was scheduled the next week for a fee to face interview with the hiring manager at their Tampa office. I was asked a series of behavioral questions while another employee listened in by phone and took notes. The hiring manager wasn't very warm and looked bored to tears. My suspicions concerning the negative reviews on glassdoor were more or less confirmed when the manager admitted that employees are micromanaged right down to the amount/length of restroom breaks permitted. No thank you.
