Passed the phone Interview, which led directly to me taking a drug test and submitting a background check. Scheduled for a in person interview with hiring manager. One manager was in the same office and another hiring manager was on the speaker phone from Texas. Interview was very well planned, they spoke about the duties, a typical day in the office, the training portion of the job and also provided information about the building.

My first interview was with the recruiter - The recruiter asked about my claim experience as well as my experience with claim handling software. She also asked about how much my current company allows me to pay out without manager approval.
Second interview was with 2 hiring managers. Both were really great guys. Super chill and asked targeted questions regarding how I would deal with upset customers. The questions the hiring managers asked were STAR........Situation - Task - Action - Result
