Entretien
It’s not difficult at all. Just be yourself. And remember that this is a customer service position on wheels. One day you’re in the warehouse sorting and loading packages, and the other day you’re out meeting a UPS Brown driver, and loading up your route. It’s probably one of the most satisfying, independent job that you’ll make an honest living even though, it’s only a seasonal job.

Ridiculous questions about previous jobs and your adaptability to the job of PVD. Basically, you have to be a team player, independent thinker because you are by yourself. And truthfully, it’s an easy job. You just have to watch your driving because you’re carrying packages, and your image in how you interact with people is important. Just do your job, learn it well, and treat people with respect.
Very easy, HR was wonderful. Explained everything in detail of what I was going to be doing on a day to day bases. Included telling me about advancement opportunities, benefits, different location positions and more.

It wasn’t No interview you just have to come to the ups to give the human resources person your give id and Ssc after completing application and getting background check back the process is very simple and easy

Virtual phone interview and e-learning process. Self paced. Easy to setup your work day. You use a delivery scanner and you meet the drive at a centralized location to pick up your parcels.
