Interviewer asked all behavioral questions. Like how you would approach a certain scenario or how do you go about a certain scenario. It was straightforward and the interviewer was nice.

I was called the day of to schedule an interview that same day. The interview lasted for one hour while the Supervisor was on and off the phone. I was hired, but the job reflected the craziness of the interview.

I have interviewed with UPS two times for the same role and both times I was ghosted. The overall experience both times was very rushed and they seemed uninterested from the beginning.
