You apply online and immediately schedule an interview on site. After getting general info from the HR rep, they interview each person individually to see if they understand the pay and the training expectations. If you agree, then they schedule you for a driving test to see if you can operate their trucks. Once you pass that, you are required to get a DOT physical and certification before they schedule you for a week long training at one of their UPS Integrad sites. You will get your uniform and a chance to do a ride along with one of the seasoned drivers before going to the Integrad. The time between the interview, DOT physical and ridealong varies based on their availability. If you successfully complete Integrad you still have to wait until one of the driver supervisors are available to show you your route during a 4 day period.
