The process was really nice – though a bit long, all the phases made sense and felt purposeful. Everyone I spoke with was kind, respectful, and transparent. It felt very human. The design team, in particular, was warm and welcoming. One specific step that played a key role in my decision to say “yes” was the final interview with my current manager. She was not only kind but also very transparent about the challenges the team is facing, the current state of company processes, and how crucial this role is for the future. She also shared the potential for growth and the strategic impact the role could have. That conversation was a turning point in my decision-making process.
