The interview process was incredibly slow and with poor communication: it was dragged for 4 months during which time I had 4 interviews and I was asked to prepare 2 lengthy tasks/presentations with a full strategy for the role. After all this time and effort invested I was told I didn’t get the job (which is fair enough) with little to no feedback to help me understand where I went wrong. It was a deeply disappointing experience, the only positive was dealing with the HR Team who were always kind and professional. I think the problem lies more with the hiring managers. My experience was very poor however I know people who had a positive experience so I think it really depends on the hiring team, but I will think twice before applying for a role in this company again.

Ghosted after last interview. No feedback from HR to inform I didn't get the job after one follow-up email.
The process took about a month and included four round of interviews. First interview with HR and second interview with hiring Manager.
I was asked to prepare a study case to present during a third interview in front of a panel - 3 team members based in Europe and Asia. Fourth interview with Director based in Shanghai.

Great, I used to work in Beijing, while the job in ctrip was in shanghai, i was doing telephone interview during the whole time as business expands,I perform more like a product owner(BA). Whaterver,my leader left as soon as i'm on board,and then that's was a pretty rough time for me
