Interview Process has lots of steps. I failed in the video interview stage. Before video interview, I had to do online application. Then three different online test which are SHL based. These tests were: Numerical, Inductive and Situational judgment.

An online application that is followed by the situational strength test. The next stage is the online psychometric test that consist of numerical and logical reasoning. This is then followed by a video interview with prerecorded questions.

First is the Numerical reasoning test, and inductive test as well. I'd advice to practice first. If you pass those tests then they will send you a link to book your telephone interview.
