An online application that is followed by the situational strength test. The next stage is the online psychometric test that consist of numerical and logical reasoning. This is then followed by a video interview with prerecorded questions.

Interview Process has lots of steps. I failed in the video interview stage. Before video interview, I had to do online application. Then three different online test which are SHL based. These tests were: Numerical, Inductive and Situational judgment.
