Passed the IQ exam and had an interview with HR. 3 from ISD and 2 from another section. Passed all of them. However was referred to an agency and was offered with contractual position. Apparently, BAs doesn't have a slot in their organization and only needs a BA due to system implementation expertise.

Hands down one of the worst experiences of being lead on for 4 months. 4 interviews later and it took me asking for an update to get a generic response from the recruiter that they’re moving on with other candidates. It shouldn’t take this much time to interview and make a decision on an analyst role. They don’t respect candidates or their time.

The company was going through changes in management and out of 4 roles I've applied to on average it took about 3 months to get a response. Went through the first and second rounds but did not get an offer.
