      Entretien

      Three rounds. First round was a phone interview. Second round was five, consecutive, individual hour long interviews. The second round included many behavioral questions. Third round was a two on one interview.

      COMPETENCY: DELIGHT • Please give some examples of what you regularly do to build credibility with your customers. • What efforts have you made to guarantee high quality customer service in your area? • What is the greatest effort you/your team have ever undertaken to please a customer? In the end, was the result worth the effort COMPETENCY SOLVE: • Tell me about the most extensive analysis you conducted in order to ensure that you had all of the information you needed to make sound business recommendations for the future. • Tell me about a time when you had to translate a difficult goal into an action plan. What did you do and what was the outcome? • Tell me about a time when you successfully overcame resistance to implementing an idea for improvement. COMPETENCY INNOVATE • Describe a recent situation at work where you had to drive a change. What did you do and what was the outcome? • What have you done in your current/most recent job to encourage the exchange of ideas for improvement? Give specific examples. • What do you consider to be the most important factor when communicating and implementing changes? Tell me about a time when you focused on these factors when faced with communicating changes. COMPETENCY LEAD LEAD • Describe a time when you had to counsel an employee regarding improving performance. What did you do and what was the outcome? • Give me an example of what you have done to hold your staff accountable for meeting expectations. What were the results? • Describe a time when you had to translate the company’s strategic vision into performance expectations or goals for others. COMPETENCY GROW: GROW • Tell me about a time when the feedback you provided helped someone achieve a developmental goal. • Please give me an example of something you have done to develop your subordinates. What was the result? • Describe your most successful coaching outcome. COMPETENCY VALUE: VALUE • Describe something that you have done recently to create an inclusive work environment. What was the result? • What have you done to bring together individuals at work with different backgrounds and perspectives? Give specific examples. • Tell me about some of the specific things you have done to gain your employees’ trust and respect.
