Used the STAR format. Described job in depth. Was upfront about the amount of travel required, apparently they required quite a bit. Very quiet. Hard to hear the interviewers. They were very understanding though, and made the interview easy to get through. Prompt with hiring response time, though, and had competitive pay rates. Brought a former co-op and a manager for the interview.

I applied online and got an interview a month later. After completing that, I received an offer around 2-3 weeks later. The recruiter who interviewed me was very kind and I had a great experience.

Extremely professional and friendly. Be sure to mention Kaizen and the other core principles of Toyota's company process. pretty standard interview questions lots of good information on Toyota's website and on this glassdoor page.
