two phone interviews, 1st with HR, 2nd with HR and managers. then face-to-face with managers, then another face-to-face with general manager and manager, then finaly interview with president. last interview with president was more just courtesy. TJ (first pres at tmmtx) went the extra mile and wanted to meet everyone that interviewed, or at least got the job

I met with two HR people, no one else. Interview was pretty straight forward and easy. I didn't know which group I was interviewing for, just that I was interviewing for a general engineering pool. HR interviewers were very friendly and pleasure to speak with.

Entretien
The first interview is a phone interview using the STAR format and then a onsite interview. It was about a 2 week process. After the onsite interview I received an offer by phone a week later. I then reviewed offer with recruiter and went over any questions that I had. After the contract is signed then you have a drug screen and background check (about another 2 weeks process). After the results come back then you get an orientation date.
