- Second interview with Hiring Manager to discuss your background and skills, plus some role-specific questions to which you are supposed to answer using STAR methog
- Third interview has a role-specific case study and sees participation from Hiring Manager and a peer
- Cultural Evaluation

Entretien
It was a UK/London based role. Call with HR and then with the Hiring Manager. HR was nice but fairly robotic and impersonal. The Hiring Manager was stereotypical of what you'd imagine a TikTok employee would be which was surprising - very uninterested, consistently distracted by things happening around him, obviously reading emails etc. Insisted that they were a 'young and dynamic team', seemed to push a tech bro image but wasn't very convincing. The interview lacked basic respect (interrupting/talking over, distractions) and he seemed inexperienced.

The experience was terrible. The interview process spanned approximately four months. Initially, I was informed by HR that there would be 3–4 interview rounds; however, the process ultimately involved six interviews.
