Amazing process. Great communication throughout. Very clear direction on assessments etc. ‘chemistry’ session is a fantastic idea. Would definitely rate Three’s recruitment process as the best I’ve experienced and definitely contributed to the decisions being made by me.

email to setup a quick screening call. Teams call with the hiring manager a combined with a peer to the hiring manager. I've reached out to the TA to get a feedback the next week , I got the feedback which was a bit vague but it was good to reply back since I was not selected.

Online interview via Microsoft teams and then a call to say I had been offered. If your not offered you recieve an email to say sorry you application wasn't successful
