    Avantages

    The company has many benefits - pension scheme, twice a year employee discount in many aspects (phones, holidays, childcare, dental care, etc). Human resources department is lovely as well. If you're a part timer and you do overtime, you can either choose to get paid or get time back - just need to negotiate with manager. Company also offers 28 days paid leave + 4 weeks compassionate + 8 weeks sick leave (4 weeks in 1st year of employment, 8 weeks in 2nd year and on)

    Inconvénients

    Can get pretty stressful with customers, especially if your manager is the devil and causes you unnecessary stress in addition to the one customers have already created. Some managers have unreasonable expectations.

    Company only closed 3 days a year - Christmas, New Years, and Easter Days. Working hours in bigger stores sucks around the holidays (Nov-Dec).
