The process took 3 days. The first phase consisted of a written test on basic investment issues and arrangement of news stories. The next phase was a telephonic interview with the HRs.

Entretien
Interview with a panel of 4 to 5 member asking questions on current market scenario , bank policy, lifestyle, sports, interest rates, economics . Each one of them will ask questions. They want to check whether we are updated on what is happening around us
