Entretien
First, you’ll do a phone screen with one of their recruiters. Then, you’ll meet with 2-3 people who hold the job title you are applying for, usually who ones who have been successful in the role and our members of their operations team. Depending on what you are applying for, you might also meet with some attorneys. Generally, the process is pretty fast for non-attorney hires.

Entretien
I interviewed to become a treatment paralegal / case manager. They had me interview with HR (mostly fit and resume questions), a couple of attorneys, and some people in the position I was interviewing for. They ask you about your knowledge working personal injury cases, what some of the injuries mean, etc. I wouldn’t say it’s hard if you’ve been in PI for a while, but was somewhat harder than a few other PI interviews I’ve had before.

They would show you a picture of a car property damage and describe some injuries, and ask you how you would handle it if there was comparative negligence.

Entretien
I interviewed with HR, a couple other people in the role I was hired for, and 2 attorneys (including the one that hired me). The interview was pretty typical compared to most other interviews I have had. The only thing that really threw me a bit were a few case example questions, but if you have worked in PI before you will be ok.

They gave a sample case and asked my opinion on liability, treatment, value, etc. If you’re a prior personal injury law paralegal you should have some clue how to answer it. If you are not I do not know that question would be asked.
