I interviewed to become a treatment paralegal / case manager. They had me interview with HR (mostly fit and resume questions), a couple of attorneys, and some people in the position I was interviewing for. They ask you about your knowledge working personal injury cases, what some of the injuries mean, etc. I wouldn’t say it’s hard if you’ve been in PI for a while, but was somewhat harder than a few other PI interviews I’ve had before.

I interviewed with HR, a couple other people in the role I was hired for, and 2 attorneys (including the one that hired me). The interview was pretty typical compared to most other interviews I have had. The only thing that really threw me a bit were a few case example questions, but if you have worked in PI before you will be ok.
