The interview process involved two stages with both the hiring manager and the department head. They lasted 45 mins each and were centred around competency based questions. Eight weeks after the final interview I asked for feedback and was told it was moving to offer stage. The HR contact then told me that the funding for the role had been reduced and offered 20% less than was initially advertised. I declined the role.

All interviewers were very well prepared, and it's evident how proud they are of working for this Company. Its mission was mentioned several times during the interview, as well as their values

I thought for certain I would be hired for the position given my qualifications and recommendation from a current employee. They kept me around until the final round as a token Black woman, but ultimately I was not hired. Apparently they hired a White man, no surprise.
