There were multiple interviews with the same questions. I met with three individual people in one round of interviews. They did not know who I would be working for because they interview for multiple roles at the same time and place you after the interview.

Entretien
Started with a recruiter call, followed by 30 min interview with hiring manager via Teams w/video, and final interview was 45 min interview via Teams w/video with each of 3 interviewers (HR, hiring manager again, peer (another Group Leader from same group)).
My experience was the best to date as far as communication and responsiveness from company recruiter.

Question 1
Questions included: how I handled difficult employees, how have I coached an employee to get better performance, explain a time I took a shortcut and resulted in a negative outcome, what's my management style. Overall, I felt the questions were fair and appropriate for this position.
