two interviews process
- 1st interview is by the supervisors (20-30mins), usually two Sr/Staff engineers will be task to carry out the initial interviews, so as to sieve out the potential one candidates among the pool of applied candidates.
- 2nd interview is by the Department Manager (45-60mins)
