The interview process consisted of multiple zoom interviews spread over 2 months. I spoke with 4 different senior employees, but never was able to speak with someone from HR/University Relations, which is very uncommon for a leadership development program. After not hearing back from my final interview, I followed up with University Relations and let them know that I had an offer from another company. They responded with an automated, impersonal rejection. Seems very cold and formal for a company recruiting for MBAs.
