First was a phone interview, then an in person one. The phone interview is a quick screening very simple. The in person interview was a four person interview with HR for 15 minutes and three supervisors, managers, or team leaders for 30 minutes each. They leave a lot of room for you to ask questions about the job, and they expect to see you have questions showing your interest in the position. Also, they do offer you something to drink and I would take it because you will be there for a decent amount of time.

Having to pick three pros and cons of yourself or having to explain to someone how to remove and put on a shoe in detail with your eyes closed and them having no knowledge.

it was an over the phone interview and if they want you back they will give you a second interview in the building. the process if you actually get hired took around 4 weeks. and i just started a few days ago.

The interview style is a Tour group interview by management with the supervisor, team leads, and leads of day and swing shifts. Management takes you and other candidates concurrently through all the sub departments in your area, and you are primarily encouraged to ask them questions about the company and the process.

three people, one after the other. seemed a bit excessive for a $13/hr position. 300 applicants for 50 open positions. I have a biotech B.S. and I can sell myself. that's why I got in, I believe.

questions weren't out of the ordinary. A LOT of experience based questions so make sure you can bring stories of your leadership, teamwork, problem resolution, etc…
