Just one phone interview and received the offer. Phone interview was really easy and it was more of discussion than an interview with the person. He asked me regarding my current responsibilities and then we were discussing what will be my roles in ThermoFisher and how the responsibilities are matching completely with the position in Thermo fisher. I received an offer right after 4-5 days of my phone interview.
