The interview process felt rushed and seemed to move at whatever pace was most convenient for the company, without taking my availability or circumstances into account. They were very insistent that I accept the offer and start as soon as possible, disregarding my current responsibilities with my employer. There was no room for negotiation on any aspect of the offer. The moment you propose something they don’t like, they simply stop responding. Communication abruptly ends without any explanation. Additionally, they provide almost no information about the actual role or day-to-day responsibilities until the very last interview, making it difficult to fully understand what you are being evaluated for. Overall, the experience felt pressured, opaque, and unprofessional.
