The interview process felt rushed and seemed to move at whatever pace was most convenient for the company, without taking my availability or circumstances into account. They were very insistent that I accept the offer and start as soon as possible, disregarding my current responsibilities with my employer.
There was no room for negotiation on any aspect of the offer. The moment you propose something they don’t like, they simply stop responding. Communication abruptly ends without any explanation.
Additionally, they provide almost no information about the actual role or day-to-day responsibilities until the very last interview, making it difficult to fully understand what you are being evaluated for.
Overall, the experience felt pressured, opaque, and unprofessional.

Question 1
I was asked very specific Apex/LWC development questions. The technical part itself was fine, and the developer who interviewed me actually provided more clarity and useful information than the recruiter ever did — which highlighted how little information the recruitment team was willing or able to share throughout the process.

1 quick call with recluiter.
1st technical theorical interview aprox 40 mins, Easy questions such as SOQL vs SOSL, Profiles Permission Sets and Roles, etc.
2nd technical interview a little bit more in-depth and live coding a complex trigger with custom object. Poorly written instructions.
