Scheduled initial call and were completely disorganized. They proceeded with the “ghosting” approach for many candidates despite saying they would reach out on their decision regardless of their decision. In the modern workforce, they continue to demonstrate there is a lack for respect for peoples time. I received a screening call well outside of work hours and from an anonymous number.
