Case study based interview, focusing on business development.
The Hammersmith offices seemed like a very relaxed environment and work culture.
I had a personal reference from a person within the company, and it seems that this made the interview process much easier.
Very important to try and understand as much as possible about the brand that you are being interviewed for.

- You are a marketing manager for a major sporting good company
- You have declining sales across your three major products areas (footwear, clothing and sporting goods)
- How to you turn the business around?
- Various data and information provided

It was super efficient....a simple HR phone screening and a 3-person panel interview. HR was the best communicator, but it was what it was. The questions were in the STAR format and they kind of gave you an indication of if my answer was good or bad.

After applying, the HR sent me an email for an interview with them and the manager. One week after, I received an invite to come to Zurich office and go through a business case.

The process is old school and demeaning. You are basically on stage performing for them hoping you are good enough to be there instead of having a normal back and forth conversation.
