Applied online. Contacted by phone within 10 days by recruiter. Brief discussion about experience and salary expectations. Face to face interview arranged for the following week. Interviewed with 2 DSM's and was told I would hear back within 2 weeks. Received a call with an offer within hours of interview.

Had a phone interview with HR rep that went well. 2 weeks later met with hiring managers, but it was a little disorganized, and they didn't seem to know who I was to interview with when I arrived (interviewed with totally different people than the meeting was originally for). Managers asked very basic questions, honestly disappointed that they asked such simple questions (three of them no less). Had to ask them several questions to steer the discussion to a level which reflected the level of role which was being interviewed for. Seemed unclear as to what role I was applying for, and caught off guard by the questions I asked.
