Interview with Department Supervisor, going over what the job entailed etc.. Then Interviewed with Department Mgr, went over your feelings about the position. And was there anything that I felt would limit my abilities to complete the job required. Then a brief interview with the plant Mgr. over all I was asked and told. He asked how I felt about the position and asked if I was up for it. Then I was called back by talent acquisitions and given a start date.

What made you want to come work for Coca Cola. Baited question of course. They want to know if your a true fan of Coke and want to be brain washed in to "Bleeding the Red and White" or just need a job. If you just need a job they count you as a short term employee and when it all gets crappy you'll get a different job.

Interview went great. Two people running the interview. Very open about what they are looking for. Very intuitive about listening to your previous experiences. Very friendly and welcoming. You are not the only one interviewing on that day. So be prepared to sell yourself.

I applied for the position and received confirmation for a telephonic interview. The company looks for new employees within 30 days of the hire date, so the recruiter said that she would hold my application file. I can send her an e-mail when I reach that 30 day window if I am still interested in the job. It is looking like I may be sending that e-mail very soon!
