They use STAR format for the questions- situation, task, action, results is expected for the answers. They are looking for specific examples that showcase certain behaviors and competencies they are looking for in the role and in the company at a whole

Shorter than I'd expect for a job of this level. Interview with HR, the hiring manager and one other senior leader, followed by a panel with 3 leaders. I was initially told there would be an additional step but they made decision more quickly and offered me the role. There was no face to face component and no strategy test required which surprised me. They did include psychometric leadership testing.
