Entretien
Online application (answer three questions); then online aptitude tests (numerical, verbal and logical) followed by a personality test (given statements and you say which is most like you and which is least); then if you pass those and they like your application you get an Assessment Centre, proceeded by an offer (if you pass of course).
Assessment centre had a 1:1 technical interview/presentation, 1:1 HR interview, group exercise and technical writing task
